Top 7 Tips N Tricks for your Zillow Profile!

Any business owner will know that you have to be where your consumers are and Zillow (like it or not) is the #1 real estate website for consumers so you should have a presence on this website.  Here are a couple tips and tricks to get the most from your account.

The good news for you is that it doesn’t cost a penny to have a rockstar profile!

  1.  Set up your complete Profile, Bio, photo, website, email, phone #, etc.
  2. Add in your past sales!  You can do this one by one by doing a search of an address and claiming the seller or buyer side OR you can download the past 3 years right from the MLS and email over to Zillow in a spreadsheet!  (Get with Heather and she will do this for you).
  3. Download the Zillow Premier App!  No, you do NOT need to be a Premier agent to download the app!  With this app you can manage you profile and get push notifications when someone contacts you regarding your listing or finds you as they are searching for agents on Zillow!
  4. Give your listings a video enhancement only available by using the zillow premier app and going to your property for a walk thru!  These videos are giving properties a HUGE advantage!
  5. Go into your listings and edit them.  Make sure that all of the information pulled correctly from the MLS AND you can add additional information that is not pulled from the feed!
  6. Make sure your listings have a minimum of 20 photos so they pull up on top of a search!  Don’t have that many photos of your listing?  No problem, use those area photos to fill up those extra spaces!
  7. Make sure you are asking for reviews!  You can send from your email or via text using your unique url in your account!  Did you know that you can get a review even if you never closed on a property?
