Design Center VS Leadstreet Drip Campaigns

Let’s dive into your RE/MAX Toolbox and go over the difference between Design Center & LeadStreet! Both offer a variety of ways to stay in contact with your database.. which one is the right choice for you?

My favorite Drip Campaign is the Holiday one! Easily add your contacts and activate them so they receive something for each major Holiday! Of course Design Center also has Buyer, Seller, RE/MAX National Ads and Monthly Newsletter that you can easily use as well!

RE/MAX LeadStreet has multiple Campaigns you can set and go! They also have a Monthly Newsletter that you can completely customize prior to it going out and if you have your contacts mailing address it will send active listings within a 5 mile radius inside of this email which is great! Of course they also have several (21) drip campaigns to choose from from Buyer Anniversaries, Open House Follow-Up, Homeowner Tips and generic email campaigns that you can easily turn on and watch the magic happen! They have all campaigns in single or team (I or we) option and each is customizable if you choose but you can see how many touches are in each campaign as well!

Of course I would say, take some ideas from these drip campaigns and set up your own unique monthly newsletter for your past clients using BombBomb to add a custom and personal video message as well as some local events or news which most will find valueable but if you don’t have time for that, the Design Center & LeadStreet auto drip campaigns are a great way for you to stay in front of your prospects, sphere and past clients!

LeadStreet Monthly Newsletter

Did you know that RE/MAX LeadStreet has a monthly Newsletter than can be previewed & edited prior to sending out?

Check out this quick tutorial to see how you can view, edit and add contacts for this email!!

How to Preview & Edit..

Log into maxcntr.com, click on LeadStreet, go to Profile.  Once there click at the very topp the “apps” dropdown and choose Monthly Newsletter under the Campaigns section.

This is where you can choose who you want to receive Newsletters as well as edit the Newsletter before it gets sent out (around the 26th of each month).  Follow the instructions to add ALL contacts, choose to subscribe new leads, etc.

To change your Signature section, click on Preferences..

TIP: Update this newsletter and add content that is specific to you and your area!!!  For example, I would add a featured listing and definitely upcoming events for our area (Festivals, Rocket Launch dates)…  this will make this newsletter have more value for your database and help sell the way of life… not just generic canned information!!

RE/MAX LeadStreet – Changing Lead Coverage Areas

How to modify your Lead Coverage area within RE/MAX LeadStreet in 5 easy steps!

 

Step 1. Log into maxcntr.com using your remax email and your passowrd (same as “mainstreet” on remax.net

Step 2. Click on the red LeadStreet icon

 

 

Step 3. Click on Edit my Profile

4. Enter the 5 cities for Homes.com leads, then click on remax.com zipcodes

5.  Update the zipcodes and cities that you would like to receive leads from.  You can enter the same zipcode or city or list a coverage area multiple times.  This will put your name on rotation that many times.  TIPS: homes.com leads include rental leads and if you want more leads, enter zipcodes or cities that are not as popular.  😉

BONUS: If you want to see the best zipcodes to get leads from, generate report with zipcode, mile radius and days!

TIP: HIGHER the leads per user = MORE leads for you! 🙂

LeadStreet – How to Auto Post Your Listings to Social

Let’s get your LeadStreet working for you!  In this LeadStreet Tip we are going to go over how to set up your account to have your Listings, Open Houses, Price Reductions and/or Sold homes to auto post to your Facebook and Twitter accounts!

 

1.)  Log into Maxcntr.com and click on LeadStreet.

2.) Click on the “apps” drowndown and then click on Social Settings.

3.) Click on the service you want, and follow the steps to connect your social accounts.

4.)  Turn on the automatic posts that you would like to set on autopilot!
